UK Returns Information

Returning using Fedex

Here are 1 like no other we hope that you are always completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and in offering great customer service. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the below guidelines for returns.

1. All returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt in the condition they were received, please send back in the original packaging unworn with the tags still attached.

2. Please contact customer support to request a return shipping label, labels are issued via FedEx and packages will need to be dropped at a FedEx collection location.

3. Upon their return they will be inspected and a credit will be issued for the purchase price and any applicable tax incurred. Our pledge is to have your return processed within two business days of us receiving your return at our warehouse, we will refund your account and notify you by email stating that your return is complete. Credits can take 3-5 business days to appear on your credit card statement.

We currently ship to the following overseas destinations. Please review the table below for costs and delivery times. Please note any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid for by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and we cannot tell you what the cost of this may be as policies and duties vary widely from country to country. You should contact your local customs office for advice on the current charges that are applicable before you place your order.

Overseas Returns

We are more than happy for any overseas orders to be returned but we do ask that whoever is returning the order covers the cost of the return postage to our warehouse. You have 28 days from receipt of your order to return any item/s as long as they are unworn, unsoiled and in a saleable condition with all labels still attached. We unfortunately cannot accept the return of any item which has been altered to your own personal specifications. For exchanges we ask that you place a new order for any new item/s you require and return back to us any unwanted item/s as specified above. Please note that it is your responsibility to return the goods in a saleable condition, we cannot take responsibility for any missing or lost items being returned back to our warehouse.
